Belly Dancing Basics Dance away the calories with the undulating isolations and dynamic hip accents of belly dancing! Tone and strengthen your body with arm gestures, torso undulations, hip movements and floor work. Learn graceful veil movements, play finger cymbals and create your own dances with what youve learned. Course material challenges both beginning students and more advanced dancers. An optional, fun beginning level performance opportunity will be offered toward the end of the course.
