Session 4: General Provisions and Contractor’s Main Responsibilities

Contractor’s design and subcontracting
Session 5: Time and the Accepted Programme

Programmes, completion and acceleration
Session 6: Quality

Testing and defects
Session 7: Payment

The payment process, Disallowed Cost and the Schedules of Cost Components
Session 8: Compensation Events
