Food Safety Auditing (Certificate) This course is for people who wish to work as Food Safety Auditors. It supports the implementation of national and state food safety legislation and regulations, regarding setting up and auditing food safety programs. Successful completion of this course enables you to apply for certification as a Food Safety Auditor with a certification body, such as the NSW Food Authority or RABQSA International. You may need to provide additional information depending on the certification you are seeking.
