Human Resources Executive The Alberta School of Business, Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (EELL), in collaboration with The Human Resources Institute of Alberta (HRIA), surveyed the valued members of HRIA regarding senior and executive level education for human resources professionals. Three themes emerged from these discussions: leadership, strategy, and organizational development. These fundamental themes were rolled into a one-of-a-kind program to bring leading HR executive education to Western Canada.
As a participant, you will be exposed to exceptional facilitators who deliver modules relevant to the issues faced every day by HR professionals. While sharing input and networking with your peers, you will learn how to transform HR to the benefit of your organization.
