ISO9001 2008 Certified Internal Auditors Workshop

In today’s competitive world, everyone would agree a systematic, process oriented approach helps the business achieve better results. More and more organisations are marching towards achieving process maturity.

ISO9001 is the most unquestionable and unparalleled framework for basic business processes and to create a good quality management system. Any other model/process set can be built on this wonderful framework easily. This framework allows any other model to sit on it easily setting a strong, firm base.

Understanding and auditing the processes defined based on this framework is still a tricky task from the business standpoint. Learning the art of fact finding and understanding and interpreting the standard in the business context is most important for auditors.

Here, in this training session you learn how best we can interpret the standard and relate the process practices to business needs, and then audit. This approach is based on the fact that no standard can stand alone if it doesn’t help the business.

Internal Audits is the only tool that the Management has, to verify the effectiveness of quality system, the Internal Auditors will be made aware of the Clause-wise requirements under Quality System Standard ISO 9001:2008 along with the Auditing requirements and methodologies covered through 5 sections detailing clarification on objective & scope of audits, audit methodologies, and activities under pre-audit phase, audit process & post audit phase along with understanding on preparing audit checklist, writing nonconformance reports & closure of the report.
Here auditors will be provided with vision on how to handle situations & generate confidence on conformance considering practical limitations. Here more focus is given on value addition through audits instead of digging value-less observation. This will cover more of Case Studies & discussion on practical situations.

Certificates will be provided to all successful candidates.

Each course is designed to give a detailed understanding of each of the 3 standards, including Internal Auditing practices. The course duration for each standard is 2 day. However integrated courses can be designed to suite the client’,s need.

ISO 27001, the International Standards for Information Security has assumed significant importance in ensuring information security and business continuity. This is becoming a critical requirement for conducting business internationally.

Certified ISO 27001 Internal Auditor’s Course will help Internal Auditors to conduct effective internal audits against the standard. The course is supported with 2 days of extensive eLearning which is provided to all participants after registration and remains valid for 3 months after the classroom training for follow-up clarifications.
