LGV Lorry Driver We provide LGV driver training for rigid and articulated lorries.
Training takes place on both the road and our training area at HMS Daedalus using our own fleet of commercial vehicles.
The course content includes:
Learning your vehicle,
Moving off and Stopping
General Manoeuvres (e.g. reversing)
�LGV Category C1 Medium Sized Vehicle
(3.5 - 7.5 tonne)
�LGV Categories C Large Sized Vehicle
( greater than 7.5 tonnes) and C+E with Trailer (Articulated)
The training course for all of these categories is the same:
LGV Categories C1, C, and C+E Driver training courses take 5 days, with a test on the fifth day.
