Network Administration & Internet Security/Information Technology (Diploma)

The Diploma Program in Network Administration & Internet Security/Information Technology will give students the opportunity to learn basic concepts dealing with PC hardware, software, networking as well as network and Internet security, voice and data networks and basic programming functions. Students may become certified specialists in several computer networking and Internet security fields as well as managing firewalls like Microsoft ISA Server. Students will concentrate on local and wide area networking, web technology and web security. Students will learn skills such as: installing cabling, confi guring networking technology, routers and switches, network administration, network diagnostics, network implementation, computer diagnostics, wireless administration and network security.
