Candidates admitted to this Programme will pursue a prescribed course of study and will be examined at the end of each semester. Each candidate is also required to undertake a short research project and submit a dissertation on the research for examination.The programme gives students a strong base of statistical theory and supplements that with a multitude of electives, from Large Deviation Theory & Bayesian to Discrete Data Analysis.
