Discover what it takes to be a ’master coach’, focusing on the core competencies of the International Coach Federation. Gain an awareness of different models of coaching, change and feedback from several sources. We’ll discuss challenging situations, blockages, when to use or not to use coaching, and implementing a coaching program in the workplace. You’ll have many opportunities to practise so you can build your confidence in coaching staff or clients in more difficult scenarios.

Masterful Coaching in Chaotic Times Workshop

Typical coaching approach is asking questions and focusing on problems. While this draws out current challenges, research shows that this technique triggers a part of the brain that complicates matters -- rather than moving toward viable solutions. To achieve desired results, the programme uses the brain-based coaching approach based on contemporary neuroscience and research from positive psychology, adult learning and change theories. The emphasis is to facilitate new behavior and long-term change centering on solutions while avoiding details and problems.
