Project Management Institute (PMI®), based in USA, is a leading non-profit organization devoted to advancement of Project Management Profession. PMI® publishes Standards (such as the ‘Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge�(PMBOK ® Guide) ) and administers Certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP® ), which are recognized globally.

Workshop Objectives:

The Objective of the workshop is to give an overview of how to manage Projects successfully, as per the processes set out by the Project Management Institute ( PMI ®) in their Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ®) Guide (ver 3).

As a part of the Workshop, we also highlight the comparisons between multiple Project Management approaches �including those propagated by the PMI® and other leading organizations.

The workshop also discusses the roadmap on obtaining the PMP® Certification.
