Practical and Business Spanish (Certificate) The UBC Certificate in Practical and Business Spanish offered by Languages, Cultures & Travel has been developed to help companies and individuals prepare themselves for the opportunities of internationalization. This program is designed for professionals who need to communicate with, as well as understand the cultures of, their colleagues and clients in the Spanish-speaking world.
The program consists of five progressive levels of Spanish language courses, and a business module that may be completed at UBC or abroad. Participants are assessed at each level in reading, written and oral skills. Instructors are native Spanish speakers with experience in Spanish-speaking countries. Participants have up to two years to complete the requirements of the program.
