Prince2 for Practitioners + Foundation Level Exam (Certificate) Prince2 for Practitioners 4 day course includes the Foundation Exam. If students desire to take the Practitioner Exam theyre required to contact Tanner James on (1 800 PRINCE) to register for a 3 hour Practitioner Exam Prep session prior to taking the Practitioner Exam. This 3 hour prep session is optional for clients however it has proven to greatly impact the Practitioner exam results. Practitioner PRINCE2â„?is a world recognised process based project management method that is easily tailored and scaleable for the management of all types of projects within your organisation. PRINCE2â„?is rapidly becoming the defacto project management method within Australia being widely used across government and commercial sectors alike. This hands-on four day course will provide you with a solid model for setting up and successfully managing your projects. Case study sessions using real project scenarios (your projects) are used throughout this course to focus on the practical application of the method and reinforce learning. These case study sessions account for approximately 50% of the course. This course is offered publicly or can be delivered in-house within your organisation, with flexible timetables which can be varied to suit your availability. This course leads to the PRINCE2â„?Foundation Certificate, with the multi-choice exam being taken at the end of day 4. The course will position you to sit for the PRINCE2â„?Practitioner qualification after appropriate exam preparation (no further formal training is required).
