Printing and Graphic Arts (Certificate)

In order to develop a Business Improvement Solution that is relevant to your organisation we go through a comprehensive process with you. This process can be divided into 3 stages.

Evaluation: in consultation with you
An experienced ATS (Business Development Manager) will meet with you to conduct a Customer Needs Analysis. This is used to identify the key areas requiring improvement within your organisation. Various units of competency for the traineeship are introduced and recommended for consideration.

Design: customising a solution
Next, your ATS consultant and Training Manager will meet with your key stakeholders to decide on the content of the delivery and assessment strategy. In this meeting a training program will be put forward, designed to meet your company’s training objectives. Your policies and procedures are reviewed to ensure your staff receive relevant hands-on learning, meaningful to their everyday working life.

Implementation: fulfilling your requirements
Training can be delivered in a number of ways to suit your organisation whilst ensuring each staff member reaches the required level of competency. Classroom style learning, on-the-job training, evidence gathering and project-based training are all examples of ways we can fulfil your training requirements.

On-the-job coaching and assessments then follow to ensure that the training has been delivered and transferred to the workplace in a competent manner.
