Object-Oriented Design & Programming with C# The world didnt necessarily need another programming language, but C# turns out to be a rather nice language. Combining most of Java with one or two very nice Object Pascal features, whilst making use of its position in the Microsoft family and the .NET architecture, C# will probably be of interest to many. As usual, our emphasis is learning the language whilst experiencing sound object-oriented design principles being put into practice. Windows Programming with C#This is a programming course that will teach you how to develop Windows applications using the C# (pronounced "C sharp") programming language. You will learn the new Microsoft .NET environment for developing and running software applications, featuring ease of development of web-based services, rich standard run-time services available to components written in a variety of programming languages, and inter-language and inter-machine interoperability.
The focus of the course is learning the .NET programming environment, Windows programming and the syntax and capabilities of the C# language. It is assumed that students are already familiar with Object Oriented programming concepts and are proficient in designing and writing programs in either C++ or Java. This is not an introductory programming class.
Concepts covered will include Microsoft Visual Studio .NET IDE, C# language syntax, control structures, Arrays, Exception handling, Windows Graphical user interface, Multithreading, Strings, Graphics and Multimedia, Files and Streams, XML, Database SQL and ADO .NET, ASP .Net, Web Forms and Web Controls, ASP .NET and Web Services., Networking, Data Structures and Collections. Programming with C#The goal of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to develop C# applications for the Microsoft .NET Platform. The course focuses on C# program structure, language syntax, and implementation details.
C# was created to be the programming language best suited for writing enterprise applications for .NET. C# combines the high productivity of Microsoft Visual Basic with the raw power of C++. It is a simple, object-oriented, and type-safe programming language that is based on the C and C++ family of languages.
Target Audience:
This course is intended for experienced developers who already have programming experience in C, C++, Visual Basic, or Java. These developers will be likely to develop enterprise business solutions.
