Participants examine how to serve as a successful bridge between a project team, customers, and sponsors. Participants learn techniques for making difficult requests and influencing people outside their scope of power. They will also learn how to use a negotiating and contracting model to guarantee common understanding of a project as well as ownership of a final deal.
