Project Procurement Management The acquisition of goods and services is a vital process to facilitate the projects scope of work. In this course you will be given an insight into Project Procurement Management, which includes the processes required to acquire goods and services from outside the performing organisation. This course discusses procurement management from the perspective of the buyer in the buyer-seller relationship. This Project Procurement Management course is aligned with the nine Knowledge Areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and forms part of the accredited Level IV program.
