The Diploma in Total Quality Management is intended for both Manufacturing and Service Industries. It offers participants a unique opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of Total Quality Management and introduces them to the modern tools and techniques necessary for establishing quality systems that satisfies the requirements of international standards.

The Diploma is composed of 6 courses that were carefully designed to cover the various areas of total quality management. The most important aspect of the diploma is its emphasis on actual implementation. As part of candidates evaluation they will be required to implement what they learned, in some real life projects and come up with results. Implementation projects should be approved by their management and usually deal with improving certain performance problems at their work

This course provides an introduction to quality management systems and their implementation. It provides best practice relating to quality tools and techniques and continuous improvement monitoring, and examines the implications of implementing an effective ISO9001:2000 quality management system.
