Restricted Split System Air Conditioning Installation (Certificate) The scope of work covered by a Certificate II in Air Conditioning Split Systems allows successful participants to handle ODS/SGG refrigerants for the installation and decommissioning of single head split system of less than 18kw (cooling capacity).
This course provides a Certificate II in Air Conditioning Split Systems outcome for participants working within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry. After successful completion of all units of competence participants will be eligible to undertake the assessment for ODS/SGG (Ozone Depleting Substances/Synthetic Greenhouse Gas) license. This course also covers the knowledge and skills required to handle R410a Refrigerants.
