Working with the sequencing principles in Sequencing I, this workshop will focus on ways to work with the subtle aspects of sequencing for deeper practice. Learn how to sequence for more complex asana work, using pranayama to service the intention of asana, and asana and pranayama to prepare for meditation, and to develop an understanding of the Pancamaya Model in relation to deeper practice.

Based on the principles of Viniyoga, this workshop offers a sensible, pragmatic approach to sequencing a Yoga class. Whether you prefer a flowing asana practice or a discrete emphasis on individual postures, this workshop will give you the tools to structure a class safely and intelligently, without limiting your creative freedom. Come prepared to move and practice.
