2. Comprehensive knowledge of accounts, allied laws and Schedule VI requirements with reference to about 60 account groups and 300 account heads.
3. Receipts of Capital contributions, Loans & Deposits and Payments/Repayments of Loans. Guidelines for Cash handling and Bank payments. Bank Deposits and Bank Loans.
4. Service tax credit and Cenvat credit - Concepts and accounting methods. VAT Rules. 5. Import and Export accounting. Purchase and Sales accounting systems with reference to . Accounting, Sales tax and Schedule VI requirements. VAT returns and VAT audit requirements.
6. Reconciliation of purchases with stock records, Reconciliation of sales and cenvat credit with excise records and additional information for Schedule VI purposes.
7. Stock valuations for accounting and tax purposes. Work-in-progress calculations.
8. Gratuity Rules, Bonus Rules, Bonus percentage and Bonus set on set off working.
9. Fixed assets schedule, Fixed assets register and Depreciation workings for accounting and tax purposes.
10. Company law returns and statutory registers.
11. Income tax deductions and disallowances, Computation of income, Interest workings u/s 234A/234B/234C, TDS and Deferred tax. 12. Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit &Loss A/c as per Schedule VI requirements. Preparation of various details and statements. Finalisation of accounts..
