Translation / Interpretation and Professional Interaction This course is intended to prepare students who may wish to progress to a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting. Study units focus on Translation and Professional Interaction and Interpretation and Professional Interaction.
Each qualification unit has 3 credits and 30 hours of tutor contact, therefore learners would be expected to attend one two hour class session per week and in addition carry out independent study for a further 30 hours.
Level Three qualification units will run in the second semester of the current academic year, commencing 20 February 2008 and running for 15 weeks.
