Collaboration has never been easier than with the advent of Microsoft CRM 3.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. Delegates will develop an understanding of methods and practices available for the development of solutions using features of these products.
This two day workshop offers a mix of instructor-led training and extensive use of hands-on-labs to build a scenario-based collaboration solution. As a workshop, there is considerable hands on experience which will help delegates better understand the mechanisms involved in creating solutions using Microsoft CRM 3.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
Prerequisites Before attending the course, delegates must have the following prerequisite knowledge and experience:
Understanding of web page development and design Understanding of the concept of web content management Knowledge of a .NET programming language (Visual Basic .NET or C#) Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM (1.2 or 3.0) Audience Participants will currently be involved in the use and customisation Microsoft CRM 3.0 and may also have experience using Microsoft office SharePoint Server 2007, Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and Microsoft Content Management Server 2002.
Delegates will learn how to Create and secure MOSS 2007 sites Create and use ASP.NET 2.0 web parts for use in web pages provisioned by MOSS 2007 Create and use pre and post callouts in CRM 3.0 Understand and use document libraries and content types in MOSS 2007 Use the new IFrame capabilities in CRM 3.0 Create and use out-of-the-box and custom workflows in MOSS 2007 Customise the look and feel of web pages provisioned by MOSS 2007 Course Outline Day 1
