Prerequisites
To access the Study Portal, delegates will require access to a Windows XP based PC running Service Pack 2 and Internet Explorer 6 or greater. Delegates will benefit form access to a PC capable of running the 180 day evaluation version of Windows Server 2003 that is included with some of the MSPress titles.

It is recomended that delegates have the following certifcations, or have equivalent knowdge and skills prior to taking this course.
