'' the architecting and designing j2ee applications course provides students with knowledge needed to use the java 2 platform, enterprise edition (j2ee platform) torobust enterprise applications that allow for rapid change and growth. participants gain an understanding of the strategies needed toapplication blueprints that work well when implementing j2ee technologies. these strategies include effective decisionmaking through the use of systemic qualities (such as scalability and flexibility), j2ee technology blueprints and design patterns, and iterative and incremental development.
