'' Compliance with the URAR instructs the student on how to complete the standard appraisal form and meet the requirements of FHA, VA, FNMA, and other state and federal agencies.
This course is a 2-day (15/14-hr) appraisal course. It is a comprehensive guide to the URAR form report that can be used by appraisers to obtain a license, renew a license, or upgrade. It would serve as a training guide or a refresher and makes a good reference book. Contents include a discussion of all of the sections of the form report; How to complete the form; and compliance with FNMA, FHA, VA, and FmHA . Exercises are included for students to complete in class or at home as time permits. A 50 question final, closed book, will be given to those students who want the 15 hour, licensing, or upgrade credit.
