'' Learn about the key features of the MDS 9000 platform and how to leverage the features to build highly available, extensible, intelligent SANs. Work through hands-on labs to learn basic MDS 9000 configuration procedures and delve into case study design workshops where you’ll learn to design multiprotocol enterprise SANs and SAN extension solutions. Further, learn to design enterprise Cisco MDS 9000 solutions that include core Fibre Channel SANs, iSCSI for mid-range applications, and SAN extension solutions.
This course replaces Cisco MDS 9000 Storage Networking Fundamentals (CMSNF) v2.0 and Cisco Storage Design Essentials (CSDE) v2.0. It includes SAN-OS 2.1, SAN-OS 3.0, and basic IP networking, along with supplemental content covering:
