'' In this course, you will focus on the basic administration of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) v7.0 product and the devices that register to CUCM. You will learn to configure IP phones, voice gateways, media resources such as Music on Hold, conference, transcoders, and Call Admission Control. In addition, we have enhanced this course to include several preconfigured Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS) v7.0 integration labs.

All necessary services installed and started

A complete Class of Service deployment using both traditional and blocking-on-lines models
A preconfigured CUPS 7.0 integration
This means you can focus on learning core administrative skills:

Add and delete phones and manage MACs
Configure phones for Class of Service using the two most common techniques
Configure phones, lines, and gateways with MOH
Add users, assign them capabilities, and associate them with phones
Use the BAT tool to add phones and users and to change configurations
Configure phone features: shared lines, Call Park, hunt lists, and phone services ...''
