'' Explore new movement possibilities while finding confidence and joy in your physical expression. Starting from simple exercises to stretch and warm up with jazz fusion sound, the class includes:
Isolation work out with jazz rhythm Foot exercises with modern movements (release, suspend, fall, recover, express by upper body movements) Cross floor movement (feel enthralled with crossing the space) Floor exercises (limbering and dance therapy by the breathing method) Combination (Modern-Jazz/Jazz steps/flowing/suspension/hip-hop/break/isolation/falling/releasing) ...''
