In the classroom, ancient Chinese breathing exercises and mental imagery are practiced while sitting. Brief video excerpts of master practitioners using traditional techniques for health and healing are also shown. Practitioners of chi (energy) kung(skill) report improved flexibility, natural breathing, peace of mind, relaxed body, and continued well-being.
