'' A Balanced Scorecard is a set of measures that provide a comprehensive business overview. It includes not only measures that track past actions, but also those that drive future performance. In this workshop you will build the skills to create a strategy map and a Balanced Scorecard for your organization, and prepare to champion their final development back at work.
