'' The focus of this program is on broadening your understanding of what it takes to be an effective leader in times of rapid change. You will experience intellectual challenge and personal fulfillment, as you expand your leadership horizons and learn to lead yourself and others in healthy, productive ways.

The program format is highly interactive. You will work on projects to solve real-life leadership challenges, using your creative talents and what you are learning in the course to devise appropriate solutions to your challenges. You will take away a leadership game plan for organizational and personal action.
