'' This course explores issues of diversity and inclusion from personal, cultural and company perspectives. You will learn how to unleash the power of diversity by linking it to organizational strategy, corporate culture, human resource management, leadership and change management. You will also learn the cultural competence skills needed to build a harmonious team that values and benefits from each others�differences.
Note: this course does not cover legal compliance issues.
