Designed for public sector leaders, this workshop describes best practices and critical architectures for building successful strategic relationships across a wide variety of organizational boundaries.

Negotiating a strategic relationship: mapping positions, interests and vision, mastering co-creative/synergistic negotiations, managing expectations, working with lawyers and legislators, negotiating in an adverse political environment
Strategic relationships in conditions of complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty
Managing strategic relationships: preventing breakdowns, maximizing teamwork, managing cross-corporate relations, developing competencies in strategic relationships ...''
