Course Description:

'' These two lessons provide an introduction to business valuation, illustrating the use and application of business valuation principles using actual case examples. A quick overview of the nature of business valuation is provided at the outset. The first lesson focuses on asset-based valuations, such as the liquidation method. The second lesson introduces valuation approaches most applicable to going-concern businesses, including the various elements of goodwill and its application to an earnings/cash-flow based valuation.
