Course Description:
'' This one-lesson course examines "best practices" for adjustment support in appraisals, when applying the direct comparison approach. In recognition of the time and data constraints appraisers face, the course explores practical methods for supporting and substantiating adjustments -- advancing beyond the "guesstimates" that are all too common in the field.
