'' This session will provide an overall framework for innovative value creation in the organization, focusing on increasing value, improving performance and lowering cost, and managing risks. Participants will be provided with frameworks for understanding how value is created in an organization and how resources should be allocated to maximize value creation. Participants will learn creative thinking tools that focus on strategic innovation. The session with have a special focus on the role of information technology.
Content
Value creation, performance improvement, risk management will be separately approached using the following teaching format:
1. Introduction of managerial challenge and appropriate tools and frameworks to address the challenges
2. Case study overview
3. Application of tools and frameworks to case
