'' This module will provide you with that clearer understanding of the dynamics of change, why most change-related efforts fail, and the frameworks and tools that will allow you to initiate and manage change successfully. You will leave the session with a personal plan for increasing your ability as a change agent.

Course Content
The course will include:
· An examination of the forces driving and restraining change;
· The Seven Wonders of Change;
· What it is like to be on the receiving end of change, and why change is an issue of control;
· The four risk areas in any change initiative;
· The eight most common errors in any change initiative; and,
· Best practices and what really works. ...''
