'' Given the current financial crisis, government bodies, the media, and shareholders are calling for the fundamental reform of management compensation plans. As a result, compensation committee members must perform their duties more effectively, create compensation programs tied to company performance, and motivate their top managers—all while meeting shareholder expectations around what is appropriate.
What You Can Expect
By examining the root causes of compensation issues, participants are able to identify and address the concerns of shareholders and other parties. The program helps your committee members rethink their own board’s charters and rebuild their organization’s compensation plans.
Your Course of Study
