'' High-performing boards are essential to the success of nonprofit organizations, more so than ever in the current economic climate. One of a leader’s critical challenges is building and motivating boards that perform in an exceptional manner. This executive education program will challenge senior staff and board members to confront how their boards and organizations measure up and how to apply new frameworks which can serve as keys to success. Bringing together national experts in governance with Kellogg School faculty, this one day program will highlight the essentials of transformative governance for nonprofit organizations. Issues of nonprofit mergers will be discussed along with mobilizing stakeholders. We are delighted to have Susan Meier, Vice President for Training of BoardSource, join us as a presenter for this program.
