'' Success in the nonprofit sector is often driven by the leadership of an organization. Developing strong leadership skills is essential for today’s nonprofit executives and board members. This advanced program will discuss key developments in the theory and practice of effective leadership including team building, social networking and crisis management. Highlighted by Kellogg School of Management Participants will in engage in dialogue and exercises throughout the experience.
