'' In a resource constrained environment, nonprofits increasingly are employing cooperative agreements to further their mission and better meet social needs. Nonprofit leaders and funders must think creatively and strategically about how best to leverage resources with others to add value through alliances. In where sectoral lines cross one another, partnering occurs within and between sectors taking many forms and unique characteristics. The course deals with how nonprofits can better partner with each other and particularly where nonprofits and businesses both succeed through strategic partnering.
