'' As the writer’s and editor’s representative on set, the Continuity person
is an important crew role that is often misunderstood. It is also a role
which industry has identified as one with a need for more skilled
practitioners. In this intensive three-day workshop, develop an
understanding of the craft of continuity and learn what it takes to work
in this role in the film and television industry. It will cover all
aspects of continuity in pre-production and production, with comprehensive
handouts and practical exercises in estimating screen time, marking-up
scripts and creating ’options in’ for the editor. Get tips on the tools of
the trade from leading industry professional in her field, Katherine Fry. ...''
