Course Description:

'' Private one-on-one tutor foreign language classes are provided by your teacher at your lodging. Teachers are highly trained professionals with years of experience in the teaching of their language to foreigners.

Lodging is in homestays of native speakers with all meals provided. Only the target language is spoken in the homestay. Residences are typically outside of heavily touristed areas, in neighborhoods where the target language predominates.




Moscow, founded more than 850 years ago, has a powerful hold on Russia and her people as a symbol of spiritual and political power. Moscow is Russia’s largest city, boasting a population of more than 9 million, and is home to renowned cultural institutions, theaters, and film studios. The city is laid out in concentric circles radiating out from the fortress of the Kremlin and Red Square, and while this can seem confusing sometimes to visitors, they soon get the idea. Sights to see include the Pushkin Fine Arts Museum, filled with a collection of European art second in Russia to only St. Petersburg’s Hermitage, the Novodevichiy Convent and Cemetery, where many of Russia’s most famous writers, artists, and politicians are in residence, and no trip to Moscow would be complete without an evening at the Bolshoi Theater. Transportation within Moscow includes the Metro network, along with buses, trolley-buses, trams, and route-taxis.
