Attempting to synthesise qualitative and quantitative analysis, complexity and pragmatism, has resulted in Krauthammer’s 4LS evaluation. A tool which permits users to benchmark the observable behaviour of individuals with new accuracy.
Apply it, and you will recognise the fundamental management, sales and leadership competencies - identified and inventorised. Each competency is painstakingly declined into four 4 levels - four observable descriptions. Enabling you, as an individual, an evaluator, or a coach, to fix a current position in relation to a carefully defined set of standards.
Furthermore, you can compare the results of your company with an international database and evaluate the true potential of your human capital. As a human resources manager, you can establish personal development plans based on fact.
