'' A two and a half day programme for leaders who need to anticipate change and create a clear vision for the future, through the development of an understanding of their personal style and the impact it has on other people in various situations.
During the programme you will have the opportunity to�
Appreciate the difference between leadership and management
Understand the key challenges of leadership
Practise leading teams and receive focused feedback
Develop inter-personal skills
Plan for future development of your inter-personal and leadership skills
Have a fun, memorable and inspiring experience

The programme is highly experiential, combining theory and comprehensive notes with outdoor exercises linked closely to content. For example, as part of ‘inspire a shared vision�participants develop a vision presentation about the future of their team on which they are given feedback by other leaders and the course tutors. To practise ‘enabling others to act�the leaders take part in a complex project in which they have to assign responsibility to team members for tasks as diverse as making up words from wooden letters, balancing on diverging wires and climbing a 30 foot telegraph pole ‿all according to their individual talents!
