'' Deepen your understanding of Microsoft Project with this one-day, hands-on session. You are introduced to a wealth of new techniques and shortcuts that make use of MS Projects many built-in features. Learn to customize views, tables, filters and groups, create custom fields (including formulas and advanced calculations), PERT (3-point) estimating, create and link to a common resource pool, and make use of advanced resource management (multiple costs, changing availability). You also learn to create more effective Gantt charts and reports (for example, using visual indicators and flags), export and integrate data with other applications, understand essential program and file-level options, track progress, and use the organizer tool to reduce time and effort. A portion of the time will be devoted to question and answer, and problem solving. ...''
