'' Learn how to brainstorm project tasks and organize project teams at critical phases in a project schedule: kicking off a project phase, taking over an existing project, refining a plan, planning a project wrap-up or mapping the steps in a methodology. Learn tips and techniques to simplify capturing and managing your plan using Microsoft Project. Steps covered include entering tasks and dependencies, reviewing the schedule, updating task data, grouping tasks, refining the critical path schedule, tracking actual progress, and reporting the project status to management against a project baseline. The course is held in a lab.
