'' No matter how big or how small the budget, every film requires production management. The production manager coordinates, facilitates and supervises the pre-production period, production period and wrap of any film unit. Topics discussed include supervision of off-set logistics, day-to-day production decisions, location requirements, layout schedules, building the budget, working with children and animals, interfacing with various departments and decision makers, personnel supervision and ethical conduct.
