'' Effective testing is vital to organizations, and writing effective test plans is an essential survival skill for testing and QA professionals. This course covers the test design phase of the testing life cycle. Through a series of individual and small-team exercises, you practise a number of techniques applicable to common project scenarios; learn test case design techniques for both black- and glass-box testing including equivalence class partitioning, boundary value analysis, cause-effect diagram and decision tables. The course also covers test design activities and writing test design specification including documenting test conditions, test cases, test scripts and procedures, and expected results. ...''
