'' This course provides a basic introduction to the types of drawings typically needed for design and the principles of the drafting process. The subject matter includes buildings, landscape and furniture, but the concepts are applicable to all design subjects. Work through the drafting of a simple typical orthographic view - plan, section, elevations and details - and touch on 3D drawings. The course is suitable for those with little or no experience in drafting and is highly recommended for students enrolled in the UBC Certificate in Garden Design program. ...''
